After changing my phone, I started experiencing a passkey issue on the Binance app. I’ve been unable to access my account for four days using my new device, an Infinix Hot 60 Pro.

When I try to log in, I receive the following message:

“There is no passkey for binance.com on this device.”

I have tried resetting my password and deleting and reinstalling the app, but none of these methods have worked. I also tried to reach Binance customer support, but I haven’t been able to get any response.

My registered email address is i**@gmail.com**.

Right now, I’m stuck at the password reset step, and I can’t access my account or perform any transactions.
I kindly request assistance to regain access to my account as soon as possible.
