I recently changed my password on Binance, and immediately after doing so, my account was suspended for 48 hours. I wasn’t expecting this kind of lockout, and now I’m stuck without access and completely in the dark. I can’t log in, I can’t manage my open positions, and I don’t know if my automated trades will continue running or if they’ll be closed without my consent.
This situation is extremely stressful, especially when there’s no clear guidance on what to expect or how to protect my assets during this forced lockout. I’m asking Binance to explain why this happens after a simple security update and whether it’s normal practice.
There should be a clear, accessible process for users to verify and restore access in urgent situations like this. I need answers and assistance immediately. Binance, please clarify what happens to open trades during these suspensions, and help me regain access to my account without further delay. Traders deserve more control and better communication when it comes to account security protocols.
