I am unable to log into my Binance account because I no longer have access to the email address linked to the account. I reported this issue to Binance, and on Thursday, January 1, I was told that I would receive a response within three business days. However, despite a long time passing, I have received no response, and my phone number has also been blocked. As a result, I currently have no way to access my account.
I opened my account approximately 5–6 years ago. I do not know the exact balance at this time, but I know that I have crypto assets in the account. In order to regain access to my account and assets, I request that the issue with my registered email be resolved, that the block on my phone number be removed, and that my account be reactivated.
