Dear Binance Support Team,
I’m reporting a critical issue regarding my Binance Web3 Wallet. I only deleted and reinstalled the main Binance app—I did not delete the Web3 Wallet itself. However, after reinstalling, I discovered that my Web3 wallet address had unexpectedly changed, and I can no longer access my original tokens. Those tokens are still visible under the original address on BscScan, so they clearly haven’t moved—I just can’t reach them anymore.
This is extremely frustrating and confusing. Reinstalling the app should not change a Web3 wallet address. I need clear answers:
Why did my wallet address change just because I reinstalled the app?
Shouldn’t my original address have been restored automatically?
Will this happen again if I change phones?
I urgently request that Binance investigate this wallet address change, help me regain access to my original Web3 wallet, and clearly explain whether this behavior is expected during app reinstalls. This situation has left me unable to access my own funds, and I need resolution immediately.
