While trying to convert my BTC into USDT on the Binance Android app today, I accidentally transferred the funds into my spot wallet. Now, although my BTC balance (worth about ₺720) is visible in the spot wallet, the convert option does not appear in the app, and I am unable to complete the transaction.
My registered email is @gmail.com, and I could not get help from support because assistance is only provided in English, which I have difficulty with. I have not yet been able to try any alternative solutions.
I request that my BTC in the spot wallet be transferred back to my main wallet, or that the mistaken transaction be reversed, so I can properly convert my BTC into USDT as intended.
This is the first time I have faced such a technical issue on Binance, and it has left me stuck with funds I cannot use. I also request that Binance provide proper Turkish-language support, as many local users face difficulties when customer service is only available in English.
I expect my issue to be resolved quickly, my funds to be accessible, and an explanation given for why the convert function was unavailable in the first place.
