OKX Identity Verification Error Blocking Account Access For A Year

I have been using the OKX mobile application on my phone and for about a year I have been unable to complete the identity verification process. Every time I try to verify my identity, the process ends with an error on the screen and the verification does not succeed, even though I have repeated the steps many times. Because of this ongoing verification error, I cannot use my account properly. I have not been able to get past the identity check despite waiting and trying again over a long period. I request that my identity be properly and promptly verified, that this error in the OKX application be identified and resolved, and that my account be given full access without further issues.
