I'm facing a frustrating issue with my BigoLive account. Despite having diamonds in my balance, I'm unable to send gifts. Whenever I try, I receive an error message stating, "Your balance has been frozen."
I've attempted to resolve this by reloading my account, but the problem persists. Each time I try to send a gift, I'm met with the same message: "Balance frozen or suspended."
This situation is particularly perplexing as I've already invested money into my account. I'm at a loss for what to do next and am desperately seeking a solution. Is there any way to unfreeze my balance or resolve this issue?
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in addressing this problem. It's preventing me from fully enjoying the BigoLive experience and engaging with other users as I'd like to.
