I Can't Access My BigoLive Account. Forgot Email but Remember ID and Password

Hello, I'm in a bit of a pickle with my BigoLive account. I've forgotten the email address I used to sign up, but I still remember my ID number and password. Unfortunately, I can't seem to log in without the email.
Is there any way to access my account using just my ID and password? I'm looking for an urgent solution here. If there's an alternative method to log in using my ID, I'd really appreciate some guidance.
It's frustrating because I have all the other information - my ID and password are clear in my mind, but there doesn't seem to be an option to log in with just the ID. This is preventing me from accessing my account and using the app, which is really inconvenient.
