BigoLive Is Blocking My Accounts Without Violations After Phone Theft

All my BIGO accounts are being blocked even though I haven't committed any violations—neither against the application nor any other user. I’m in the process of recovering my accounts because my phone was stolen, and someone else is now using my BIGO accounts without my permission.
Please, I urgently request that my accounts be unblocked. I have done nothing wrong and am trying to regain control of what was stolen from me. I ask BIGO Live Support to take this matter seriously and restore my access as soon as possible.
