Bigo Live Account Blocked Without Explanation and Access Lost

I am a user of the Bigo Live platform and my account with ID 1008851***, linked to the phone number 3298459***, has been blocked without any justification since 2 June 2025 around 9:00 a.m. From that moment I also stopped seeing the messages on the application and I am not able to normally use my account. I did not receive a clear explanation regarding the reason for this block and I do not believe I have violated the platform rules. This sudden interruption has created discomfort for me, as I had been using the service regularly. With this complaint I kindly request the immediate reactivation of my Bigo Live account and a verification of the measure that was applied, as I would simply like to be able to return to using my profile as before.
