I am writing to appeal the ban on my BIGO Live account and to kindly ask you to restore my ID. I have been waiting for support and a solution for a long time. I honestly believe I did not make any intentional mistake, but if I have violated any rule, I am truly sorry and I ask for your forgiveness and for my account to be given back. Before this current situation, two of my BIGO accounts were also banned, and I never clearly understood the reasons. This has made me very sad and confused, because I do not know what I am doing wrong and I feel that I am not being given another chance. I am especially disappointed because my ID is a signed host account and I always wanted to represent the platform in a good way. I have been using BIGO Live for a long time and have invested a lot of my time and money into this account. When my ID was banned, everything I had built was lost in just one moment. I kindly ask you to review my case again, to check my account history carefully, and to consider unbanning my ID. I also request that you review the system and policies applied to high-level and signed host users, so that loyal users like me do not lose everything so suddenly. I respectfully ask you to give me one more chance to correct any mistakes and to continue my work on BIGO Live while fully respecting all Community Guidelines and rules.
