BIBS Pacifier Swells After Only Three Weeks of Use

I have been using a BIBS size 1 pacifier for my baby, and I am extremely disappointed with the product. I cannot accept a product at this price developing such a serious problem after such a short period of use.

After my baby had been using the pacifier for approximately three weeks, I noticed that the nipple had swollen and become significantly larger than its normal size. Under these circumstances, it was no longer possible for my baby to use the pacifier safely and properly, so I had no choice but to throw it away. I have been seriously inconvenienced both because such an expensive product failed after such a short period of time and because the issue affected my baby's comfort.

I am requesting that the product be thoroughly investigated, that I be provided with an explanation regarding this quality issue, and that an appropriate resolution be offered to compensate for the inconvenience I have experienced.
