As a first-time mom, I trusted the Bibs brand and purchased their pacifier, aiming to give my baby the best. Initially, I bought the round-tipped pacifier, but later learned it could harm my baby’s dental development. I then ordered their orthodontic pacifier, only to find that its nipple was so short my baby couldn’t use it—it kept falling out.

When I contacted Bibs, they explained that the orthodontic pacifier is shorter than the round-tipped one and assured me my baby would adapt. It’s been four weeks, and my baby still struggles. The size difference between the two pacifiers is excessive and impractical.

I suspect a design flaw and urge Bibs to address this issue. Their customer service was unhelpful, leaving me frustrated with both the product and the post-sale experience.
