Fakir Iyo LED Mask Warranty Return Lost - Demand Full Refund

On August 29, 2025, we purchased a Fakir Iyo LED mask from Beymen.com under order number MP24459131. After receiving the product, it worked briefly during the first use, then stopped, and we assumed the battery was drained. However, even after charging, the mask did not work again. On September 16, we sent the product to Beymen via Yurtiçi Kargo under warranty. Initially, we were told the return was accepted, but later informed that the product was functioning and would be sent back to us. It was reportedly shipped on September 24, but since then, the product has not been delivered. We have called Beymen multiple times, but they claimed the issue was under Fakir’s responsibility and redirected us there. Fakir, however, stated that since the product was purchased from Beymen, they could not intervene. Despite contacting both companies about 10 times, no solution has been provided, and we have not received any clear information on the whereabouts of our product. Our ₺20,000 item appears to be lost, and we have not received any response from Beymen for a month. We request a full refund and expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

There can't be a company like this. I was told the refund would be made to my card in 2 days. Today I called and was told the refund couldn't be made, we are waiting.
