I have a betting account on the Betwoon website with the username Kaplan231***. On 27.12.2025, I submitted a withdrawal request of ₺29,730 via bank transfer, and I have been waiting for three days for this request to be approved. After my withdrawal request, I was asked to send a wide range of documents by e‑mail to [email protected], even though these could normally be uploaded via the profile menu on the site. In line with the extensive list of documents requested, I completely and accurately sent many documents such as a selfie with ID, a selfie with passport, a selfie with driver’s license, residence certificate and population registration sample obtained via e‑Devlet, bank statement, bank card photo and internet subscription invoice. Since I do not have electricity and water subscriptions in my name, I was only unable to provide these two invoices. Despite sending all these documents, I have not received any response for two days. I can log into my account, but I am unable to complete the withdrawal transaction. Every time I contact live support, I am only told that I have to wait for a reply by e‑mail and that they cannot do anything, and no concrete solution is offered. Although I am a very new member of this site, I deposited money three times, ₺10,000 each time, for a total of ₺30,000, and I did not make any profit from my first two coupons as they lost. However, when my last coupon won and I wanted to withdraw my money, I see the request for such an excessive number of documents as an opportunity they are using, and I believe this is an excuse put forward to avoid paying the money that rightfully belongs to me. I request that my e‑mail address be urgently responded to, that the documents I have sent be examined without further delay, that the verification process of my account be completed, and that my withdrawal request of ₺29,730 be approved and paid to me as soon as possible.
