I have sent multiple emails but keep receiving the same response: “Our specialist will contact you as soon as possible.” When I reach out through live support, they simply tell me, “Please wait for an email response; it may be delayed due to high demand.” It has now been five days since I last received the message, “The relevant department will contact you shortly,” and my money is still missing. It seems clear that Betwinner has no intention of returning my money, and it is impossible to reach anyone responsible. I strongly advise others not to deposit money on this site.
