BetterMe charged me twice, $115 each time, without my permission. I haven't even tried the product yet, and I only bought it once, unlike the recurring charges. I need a refund right away. I'm ready to complain to the Consumer Rights Court if I don't get my money back soon. Taking money out without permission is against the law! It's really annoying and can put a strain on your finances when you get charged twice for something unexpectedly. I feel like my trust has been broken, and it's obvious that BetterMe needs to deal with this problem right away to protect its reputation. I'm mainly worried about getting my money back because this mistake wasn't my fault at all. I hope this problem gets fixed quickly, or else I'll have to take legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.
