I'm having a real hassle with my Better Me account. I signed up around two months ago but completely spaced on creating my password. Now, when I tried logging in today, it hit me like a ton of bricks - I can't remember it! They claimed they sent me an email to reset it, but it seems to have vanished into thin air.
