I'm having a real hassle with my Better Me account. I signed up around two months ago but completely spaced on creating my password. Now, when I tried logging in today, it hit me like a ton of bricks - I can't remember it! They claimed they sent me an email to reset it, but it seems to have vanished into thin air. I'm stuck in limbo here, waiting for them to come through with some assistance. Can anyone lend a hand?

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
