I signed up for a four-week BetterMe program advertised at ₺179. However, upon reviewing my bank statement, I discovered that I was charged ₺350.
This unexpected charge is concerning, especially since the advertised price was significantly lower. Additionally, I'm unsure why the services outlined in the program description haven't been activated on my account.
I kindly request an immediate refund for the difference of ₺171. Additionally, I'd appreciate clarification on why the advertised services haven't been made available.
A swift resolution to this issue, including the processing of my refund, would be greatly appreciated.
