BetterMe App Access Denied

Good evening. I can't use my BetterMe plan even when can get to my account. Even though I paid for the plan and bank took the money from my card. Please restore my access, my internet works perfectly fine, I can't see my plan when in the app! Thank you for your time, good luck.
