• Request a therapist change from your account settings if there’s no reply within a reasonable time
• Contact BetterHelp support with your payment date, unanswered messages, and account email
• Ask specifically for a credit or refund for the weeks you couldn’t use due to no response
• Take screenshots of message timestamps and payment history as evidence
If the problem persists;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report paid service with no therapist engagement and request a refund or proper assignment
