Betsmove Deposit Not Received After Sending Money To Site’s Own IBAN

On 22 November 2025 at 20:01, I made a transaction through the site www.betsmove714.com, operated by Betsmove, to deposit money into my account. I sent ₺5,000 from my Halkbank account to the Kuveyt Türk IBAN provided directly on the site’s deposit page. Despite hours passing after the transaction, the money did not appear in my site account. When I contacted customer service through the site, they told me that the IBAN I had sent the money to did not belong to them—even though this IBAN was displayed on the site’s own deposit screen. I feel deceived because my money has essentially disappeared and users are being victimized in such an obvious way. My purpose in writing this complaint is to warn people to stay away from this site. I do not want anyone else to suffer because of such mistakes or excuses presented as explanations.
