I Lost Money Due to a System Error and Bets10 Ignored My Complaint Completely

We became members because we believed Bets10 was supposedly reliable, and at first, everything seemed fine. When I sent an email about the issue, they responded as if it were a joke, saying these are games of chance and losses can happen. I’m not complaining about losing fairly—I’m saying I experienced losses due to a system error, and they simply don’t care. I even provided screenshots and detailed explanations, but none of it was taken seriously. It feels like they're brushing off users with generic replies. It feels like no one is responsible, and we’re left without any protection. Even this site, which presents itself as trustworthy, doesn't seem to do anything to prevent unfair outcomes or support users when things go wrong.
