I Lost Access to My Bets10 Account After Email Change
I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience on Bets10. I lost access to the email address linked to my original account and contacted support to request an email change. They claimed it was updated and sent me a login link—but instead of fixing the issue, they created a brand-new account from scratch. I used this new account and even played on it. But when I tried to withdraw my funds, I was told, “You can’t have two accounts,” and they immediately closed the one they had just given me.
Now I’m completely locked out. I still can’t access my original account because they insist I confirm it through the email I no longer control. I’ve provided all necessary documents—my ID, proof of address—yet I’m still waiting. I have money inside that I can’t touch. This is unacceptable. Bets10 needs to resolve this quickly and give me access to my account and my ₺ funds!
