I have been an active Bets10 user for around 4 years, regularly betting on the platform and receiving multiple loss, luck, and deposit bonuses during that time. I was even given VIP status, which was confirmed to me via both email and live chat support. Up until March 2025, I was receiving frequent and substantial bonuses, often almost daily.
However, for the past 4 months, I have not received a single bonus. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service through live chat and email, I keep being told that Bets10 no longer offers loss or luck bonuses and that such promotions do not exist. This is simply not true, as I still have written proof and correspondence showing I was granted these bonuses in the past, along with confirmation of my VIP status.
Now, Bets10 staff claim there is no VIP program, that bonuses are distributed at random, and that users are treated differently without any clear policy. This inconsistency and lack of transparency are unacceptable. Given the significant losses I have incurred and the fact that I was consistently receiving bonuses before, I cannot accept this sudden change without explanation.
I demand that my VIP benefits and bonuses be reinstated and that Bets10 resolve this unfair treatment immediately. If the platform wishes to maintain customer trust, it must honor the commitments it has made to long-term players like me.
