On 20.08.2025, I made a deposit of 5,000 TL to Betpipo via bank transfer. During the day, I received an SMS about the “100% Bonus on the First 6 Deposits” campaign. However, I did not receive the bonus with my first deposit. When I tried to claim the bonus, I was told that I needed to request the bonus before placing any bets. I had previously filed a complaint about the same issue, and customer service called me, saying they would give me a gift if I withdrew my complaint. When I asked what the gift was, they said they would explain after I withdrew the complaint, and they also asked me to give a rating of 10. I did not find this approach sincere and did not withdraw my complaint.
Today, I deposited again and once more did not receive the bonus. I continued playing, and after my money ran out, I requested the bonus, but this time I was told, “You should have requested it before playing.” Although I was informed via SMS, I was not provided with any clear rule about how and when to claim the bonus. As a result, I received the loss bonus, but my main bonus was not credited and I was left aggrieved.
My expectation from Betpipo is that the bonus for my first 6 deposits, as announced via SMS, be fully credited to my account. I reside in Ankara and my username is Erhan666. I request that this issue be resolved.
