I Noticed Unauthorized Bets Placed on My Betpark Account

On 26.07.2025 at 08:31, while I was playing a game, ₺32 was suddenly taken from my Betpark account through 50 bets at once. I had no control over these transactions, and they were carried out without my knowledge or consent. I shared the screenshots of the game history with live support, but I haven’t received any resolution. Despite clearly presenting the evidence, I was not given any explanation or compensation. This kind of unfairness is unacceptable. I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office using the screenshots I have.
