I deposited ₺25,000 on the Bets10 site using a payment directed to an individual named İ****** S**** A**** via Türkiye Ekonomi Bankası. However, the money never appeared in my Bets10 account. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told that because I’m a “VIP customer,” I now needed to deposit an additional ₺50,000 to bring the total to ₺75,000 for the transaction to be processed. This is absurd and completely unacceptable.
I have serious concerns that this process is fraudulent, and I’m preparing to file a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor. The person who received my money and the platform that facilitated this experience will both be included in the legal action.
