I Face Wrong Result Issue on Betpark Combo Bet No. 3 for Arsenal vs Olympiacos

Through the Ultim8 infrastructure, I bet on the match Arsenal vs. Olympiacos, selecting the option “Arsenal to complete over 499.5 passes.” According to official UEFA statistics, it is clear that my bet won, yet my slip was incorrectly settled as a loss. The total value of my ticket was ₺28,126.30, and my wagered amount was ₺601.42.
In the past, similar bets were settled based on official UEFA data, but this time that procedure wasn’t followed, and I received no explanation for the discrepancy. Despite contacting customer support, I have not received any response or resolution.
