Yesterday, on October 2, 2025, at 17:05, I placed two separate bets on Betpark for the England FA Cup (2x6 minutes) Arsenal FC vs. Manchester City match.
The first betting slip number was 2585536601174184457, for the option “First Half – Over 1.5 Goals,” with a wager of ₺2,800. The second slip number was 2585536601174184056, for the option “Total Over 3.5 Goals,” with a wager of ₺1,000. I placed both bets before the match started. However, the match suddenly disappeared from the system, and within less than a minute, the second half was started automatically. Both of my bets were then settled as losses. This was clearly a system error, and it left me completely baffled.

I reported the issue several times to live support, but I only received repetitive responses such as “We’re waiting for a reply from the provider,” without any real solution. I have never experienced such an issue before on Betpark. I followed all the rules and did not engage in any prohibited behavior.
I request that this issue be resolved immediately and that the ₺2,800 I wagered be refunded to my account.
