Betpark Marked My Winning Arsenal Bet as Lost Ignoring UEFA Stats

I selected the option “Arsenal to complete over 499.5 passes.” According to official UEFA statistics, it is clear that my bet won, yet it was incorrectly settled as a loss. The total value of my ticket was ₺63,024.30, and my wagered amount was ₺2,357.81.
In previous bets of the same kind, UEFA data was used to determine the outcome, but this time, that same procedure was not followed, and no explanation was provided. Despite contacting customer support, I have not received any response.
