Betpark Won't Pay Out Withdrawal After Deposit and Review Process

I deposited ₺97,500 into my Betpark account throughout the day and unfortunately lost most of it. However, after depositing my final ₺20,000, my balance reached ₺100,000, and I requested a withdrawal. Betpark claimed that my request was under review, but they still haven't transferred my money. I even filed a complaint with the license holder, but nothing has been resolved. I deeply regret playing on this site and am concerned that they might not return my funds. Betpark needs to address this issue immediately and release my money. I don't want others to experience the same frustration!
