Betpark Withheld My ₺20,000 Winnings

Hello, I deposited ₺5000 into Betpark and managed to turn it into ₺20,000. However, I’m unable to play any games or withdraw my winnings. They keep saying my account is under review by the "risk department" and that the process would take 1 to 2 weeks. It’s now been 45 days, and I still have no answers or contact from them. It feels like they’re just playing games with me and avoiding any real resolution. I need help getting this sorted out and retrieving my funds. This is beyond frustrating!
