Betpark Refuses to Pay My Winnings, Account Under Review for 1 Month

I have never seen a worse site than Betpark. Do not invest your money here—they never pay out. I logged into my account, played games, and won 20,500₺. When I tried to withdraw the money, the site said I didn’t have the authorization to do so. I contacted live support, but they were unresponsive and simply told me that my account was under review. It’s been a month, and neither have they released my funds nor have they reopened my account. This is unacceptable. If Betpark doesn’t return my money, I will file complaints everywhere.
