Betpark Refuses To Close Account Despite Repeated Requests

I have been trying to close my Betpark membership for about a year, but no matter what I do, the site does not allow me to delete or close my account. Despite all my attempts, my account is still active and my information remains in their system. During this period, I have written hundreds of times via e-mail and live support to request that my membership be cancelled. It is not possible to reach the site by phone, so I could not get any support by calling either. Despite all these contact attempts, my account has not been closed and I have not received a clear response. I request that my Betpark account be immediately and permanently closed, all my personal data in the system be completely deleted, and that no campaign or promotional SMS messages be sent to me from now on.
