Betpark Refuses to Cancel My Membership Despite My Request

Betpark is refusing to cancel my membership, and I find their handling of the situation unacceptable. When I signed up, I entered my phone number correctly but never received any SMS verification. I contacted live support, and they claimed I must have entered my number incorrectly, which I did not. I also emailed d*****@betpark.com about this issue, but they never responded, likely to avoid granting the trial bonus.

When I requested account cancellation, they told me my membership would automatically close if I don’t log in for 60 days. However, I don’t want to wait, especially since they still have all my personal information. I demand immediate action to close my account and protect my data. Please resolve this promptly.
