PhonePe Payments Succeeded but Indibet Says It Never Received My Money
On 20 June 2026 at around 8:22 in the morning, I deposited ₹2000 to my Indibet game account via PhonePe. The PhonePe transaction shows as successful, with the reference ID T2606200821542437964387, but this ₹2000 has still not been credited to my Indibet account. Earlier the same day in the morning, I had faced a similar problem, and a few days before that, I had made another deposit of ₹3000 which also did not reach my Indibet balance. Each time I contacted Indibet support, they repeatedly replied that no payment was received on their side, even though on my side the PhonePe payment is clearly shown as successful. I even took screenshots many times and shared them, but they still say that the deposit has not come to them. The deposits are being made through the scanner provided inside their game, so I do not understand why the money is being taken from my account, but not reaching my Indibet wallet. At this point, a total of ₹4000 of my money (₹3000 from a few days ago and ₹2000 from 20 June 2026) has not been credited anywhere, while PhonePe shows successful transactions. I request that my full amount of ₹4000 be immediately refunded back to my account or, if possible, correctly credited to my Indibet account without any further delay. I also request that this issue with their payment scanner and failed credits be investigated and resolved so that other users do not face the same loss.
