BatteryBet Has Not Paid My ₹7,500 Withdrawal After Six Days

I requested a withdrawal of 7,500 from my Baterybet account via bank transfer on the 14th, but even after 6 days the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. This situation has caused me serious concern because such a long delay is not acceptable for a financial transaction. Regarding this withdrawal, I have two transaction/reference IDs: 12459091441 and 12459058660. Each time I contacted your customer support, I was only told that “we are checking and it will be sent,” but nothing has actually been credited and no concrete explanation has been provided. This has seriously damaged my trust in your platform and makes me feel that you do not have sufficient funds or proper management to pay your users on time. I want my full withdrawal amount of 7,500 to be credited to my bank account today without any further excuses or delays, and I also expect a clear written explanation for why this withdrawal has been pending for so long. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will consider taking this matter further with all relevant complaint platforms and authorities.
