On November 8, 2025, I deposited approximately $92 into a site called Betpandacasino. I likely made the deposit using either Papel or a bank transfer. After the transaction, I contacted both live support and WhatsApp. However, when I submitted a withdrawal request, my money disappeared without even being asked for my IBAN or bank account information, and the funds were never credited to my account.
I reported the issue to both live support and the customer representative on WhatsApp at +44 7564 907***. After the live support conversation, I was logged out of the system and could not reconnect. When I messaged via WhatsApp, my messages were simply marked as “seen,” and no solution was provided. The customer representative even used statements such as, “What is my fault? I just started working here,” and did not offer any assistance.
I have not experienced a similar issue on this platform before. At this time, my only financial loss is the $92 I deposited, and I have no additional monetary losses. I am requesting a refund of the amount I deposited.
