Denied Loss Bonus on Betoffice Despite Meeting Requirements, Poor Customer Service

On August 24, 2024, I deposited 1000 TL into Betoffice and unfortunately lost my funds. When I requested a loss bonus, I was told, "You do not have a bonus entitlement." When I reached out to live support, they brushed me off with vague excuses about the risk department and other nonsense.

I only played slots, and even if I wanted to, I couldn’t have violated the rules—otherwise, I wouldn’t have requested a loss bonus. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I urge others not to invest in this site. The service is terrible, and they don't seem to honor their own policies. Avoid Betoffice at all costs.
