Betmatik Manipulating Games

I am a member on the Betmatik website with the username Avukat4680. Lately, I've been playing a game called Big Bass Splash. I decided to give it a try because no slot game has ever rewarded me before. However, for the past 45 days, I have been playing this game tirelessly, and it never, I repeat, never rewards me. Here's how it goes: I hit a game worth 1,000 TL, and it gives me rewards below 100 TL every single time. This has happened around 200 times. I hit a game worth 100 TL, and it rewards me with 15 TL or less, consistently. This has happened at least 500 times. I've played countless games, and they're all the same. I reached out to live support to explain the situation, but they dismissively attribute it to luck. Then I emailed Pragmatic company, and they responded saying this should never happen. After Pragmatic's response, I realized that there is manipulation and interference in the games. I reported the issue to them, but they didn't even bother to reply. I sent them 400 emails and received no response. Consequently, I lost approximately 400,000 TL. I will never play games on this website again because it's unplayable. The live support is useless as well. They ignore you when you're right. They never provided my bonuses either, and they swallowed around 100,000 TL worth of bonuses. As I mentioned, there is no response to my emails. Once I won a bonus, they wiped out 1,200 TL. Yet, my total losses, including bets, exceed 500,000 TL. They always come up with excuses because winning is impossible due to their interference. Now I'm writing this here. I contacted the banks and filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office. I have also engaged an international lawyer to initiate legal action. I wanted to share what happened to me on this platform so that nobody else experiences the same. Think carefully, investigate thoroughly. This site is sinking.
