Pragmatic Play Games Took My Money but Never Let Me Win or Withdraw

I have been playing online gambling for five years and joined BetKanyon 4-5 months ago. When I deposit money into the site, payments are delayed for months. Licensed site employees claim that the games under Pragmatic Play are not related to them, which is unreliable. I have photo evidence showing that I have only deposited money for 13-14 pages straight, with nearly ₺100,000 spent solely on deposits and loss bonuses.
