Missing Winnings in Baccarat Games and Inadequate Customer Support from Betist

I played Baccarat on the Betist website, where normally my winnings were doubled compared to my initial bet. However, I noticed that in two games, only 0.5 or half of my deposited amount was credited to my account as winnings. I reported this to live support, and they kept me waiting from 2 a.m. until 8:30 a.m., without providing a clear explanation. At 8:30 a.m., I received a vague response stating that the company had correctly deposited my funds. The highlighted portions in the images below show the missing winnings. They couldn't even explain why I received less than the usual double winnings in those two games. With a simple statement, the company claims that they didn't underpay. I was playing the same game all along, and the customer support representatives were of no help. As you can see below, even I no longer trust the page I played on. Avoid playing on this site.
