I am a BetAndYou user with ID number 484928307, and I recently deposited 998₺ through Payfix. However, the amount has not been credited to my account. Typically, deposits are processed instantly, but this time it didn’t go through. I even sent the payment receipt as proof, yet there has been no resolution.
Today, there’s a 100% bonus offer that I expect to be applied as well. I’ve sent 10 emails trying to resolve this issue, but no one has responded.
