New Balance 530 Stitching Came Apart – Denied Warranty Claim

November 22, 2024 6:40 PM6

Hello, I purchased a New Balance 530 from the M1 SuperStep store, but despite wearing it only a few times, the stitching on the mesh part started to come apart. I returned the shoes for inspection, expecting a reasonable solution, but my claim was denied without any justification.

I paid a significant amount for this product, and it is unacceptable for a well-known brand to sell shoes that fall apart so quickly. If New Balance is a premium brand, why does it not stand behind its products?

I demand a fair resolution—either a replacement pair or a refund. I refuse to accept that my money has gone to waste on a product that clearly has quality issues.
