Benefit "They're Real" Eyeliner Dries Out Completely After Only One Month

I purchased Benefit's "They’re Real Xtreme Precision Liner" from a Sephora store on May 17, 2026. Despite using the product under normal, regular conditions, it completely dried out within just one month and stopped providing proper color payoff.

I find it unacceptable for a product to dry out and lose functionality in such a short period. I demand a full refund from Benefit and Sephora to resolve my grievance. I request that my complaint be reviewed and that I be contacted as soon as possible.
