Benefit Product Spoiled Quickly with No Support from Customer Service

I am disappointed with my Benefit product, which spoiled after minimal use. It now emits a terrible odor, and its color and texture have completely changed. Despite paying a significant amount for it, I’ve been unable to use it, and the quality is far below expectations.

I reached out to Benefit’s Instagram account for support, but I received no response. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of customer care for a premium product.

Benefit, I regret this purchase and urge you to address this issue. Customers deserve better support and products that maintain their quality. Please provide a resolution and ensure this doesn’t happen again to others.
