PUBG Mobile UC Sent To Wrong Account After Purchase

I am a PUBG Mobile player from Bangladesh and on 12/03/2026 I mistakenly purchased UC for the wrong game account. I made two separate UC purchases via bKash, one for 1,099 BDT for 600 UC and another for 2,749 BDT for 1,500 UC. One of the transaction references I have is DCC70Z4GOD, and the UC was unfortunately loaded onto the wrong account with the in‑game name BD1971父GHOST and the information DCC50Z28CX, instead of my correct account with ID 51272186945. Because of this mistake, the UC I paid for through bKash is currently unusable for me, as I do not use the account where it was loaded. I kindly request that the UC purchased with these payments be corrected by moving it from the wrong account to my correct PUBG Mobile account or that another fair solution such as a reversal or reissue of the UC to the correct account be provided, so that I do not lose the money I paid via bKash. I have not yet contacted PUBG Mobile or bKash customer support directly about this issue and I am sharing all the details here so that the situation can be reviewed based on the transaction information and account details I have provided. I request your assistance in resolving this error and ensuring that the UC I purchased can be used on my correct account.
