Beko 300tr POS Device IP Registered Wrong, Installation Incomplete

I purchased a Beko 300tr POS device from the Beko Kent Meydanı Piranlar branch in Gebze. I took the device to Beko Arcelik authorized service center for installation, but the installation was incomplete and incorrect. Yapı Kredi Bank performed the installation, and the service was supposed to come for the final installation. However, I am unable to reach the service; they do not respond to my calls. When I visit the store where I bought the product, I cannot find anyone to assist me. The bank contacted me, stating that the IP address was entered incorrectly, resulting in a failed installation.
