BeautyPlus User Charged for Annual Subscription Despite Canceling Free Trial

I started a 3-day free trial on the BeautyPlus app. Even though I canceled the trial from within the app before the period expired, an annual subscription fee of 999.99 TL was deducted from my linked card on August 2, 2026. The in-app screen currently displays that the annual subscription of 999.99 TL is active until August 2, 2027.

Although I have now ensured the subscription is canceled, I find it completely unacceptable to be charged an annual fee following a trial period that I had already canceled. I believe this amount was deducted in error and demand a full refund of the 999.99 TL annual fee back to my card/account.

I request a prompt review and resolution of this grievance.
